When I connect to my 5GHz network, I get 2 bars (51% signal) on my Xbox One. If I connect to my 2.4GHz, I get full bars. Once I switched to 5 GHz, things were better since there weren't nearly as many routers. But, going wired will guarantee the most stable connection.
